Investing in Portugal, the way I understand it
I live and build in Lisbon. This page is not a prospectus and not a pitch deck — it is how I think about investing in this country, what I am building here myself, and where a partnership could begin.
A country that rewards patience
Portugal has a different rhythm, a different light, different priorities. I chose this country — and it responded in kind. People keep arriving: entrepreneurs, families, remote workers, builders. They all need the same things — housing, services, culture, community — and much of that infrastructure is still being invented.
That gap between what the country is becoming and what it already has is, to me, the real investment case. Not a trend to ride, but work to do — for those who have come here, and for those who were born here.
Local depth first
Everything I build stems from knowing this place: its people, its bureaucracy, its beauty and its contradictions. An investor who skips that learning pays for it later, in time and in trust.
No promises I can't keep
I build without putting on airs and without fancy words instead of action. If a project is described honestly, the right partners recognise themselves in it.
Resonance over agreement
I work with people whose response I can hear — partners who change the idea by answering it, not people who merely nod. That is how I choose collaborations, and how I suggest you choose yours.
Four areas, one ecosystem
‘I don’t do what looks good. I create what works – and keeps working long after I’m gone.’
Advanced manufacturing
3DHouse.pt works in additive high-tech manufacturing: house walls, building blocks, and plastic parts and components. Construction is one of the fields where Portugal's gap between demand and capacity is visible on every street.
Media and production
All Portugal Media runs a photography studio, podcast and event filming, LUMEN Studio, and an AI studio. Content infrastructure is what every growing brand here eventually needs — and what Lisbon still has too little of.
Events and space
All Portugal Space hosts festivals, conferences, concerts, and children's parties. A city draws people in through experiences before it draws them in through spreadsheets.
Platforms
All Portugal ONE brings the ecosystem's projects together under a single digital umbrella. Structure is what lets small, honest projects behave like a serious whole.
If this resonates, write to me
I reply to emails about partnerships and investments, joint projects, and visions of the future. Tell me what you are looking at in Portugal — and what answer you are hoping to hear back.
